  • Fees for services will be outlined in your engagement agreement or invoice.

  • Payment is due according to the terms specified (e.g., upfront, monthly, or per project).

  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

  • All payments are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

 

6. Use of Services

  • You may not use our services for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

  • You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer our services.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if Terms are violated.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and materials provided by Greystone Accounting are owned by us or our licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greystone Accounting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
